Made just for you. Every Provisional Golf Clothing item is printed or embroidered to order. Because of that, we can't accept returns or exchanges for a change of mind or the wrong size. Please check the size guide on each product page before you order.
Damaged, defective or wrong items. If your order arrives damaged, misprinted or defective, or isn't what you ordered, we'll make it right with a free replacement or a full refund. Email provisionalgolfclub@gmail.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue. You won't need to send the item back unless we ask.
Lost packages. If your tracking hasn't updated in 10 business days, or your package shows as delivered but you can't find it, email us and we'll work with the carrier to sort it out.
Cancellations. Orders go into production quickly. Email us right away if you need to cancel or change an order. Once production has started, we can't cancel it.
Refunds. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method, usually within 5–10 business days.
